ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a group organizer you have undertaken several responsibilties to make sure all of your people are properly prepared for a fun day on the river.

These include:

1) Collect full payment.
2) Send everyone a copy of the directions to the rendezvous site.
3) Remind everyone about appropriate river dress.
4) Gather and submit everyone's wetsuit size.

In addition, it is your responsibility to keep us informed of variations in the number of your party. Many factors in our trip planning are dependent on the number of people planning to attend, including scheduling guides, ordering food, rental of equipment and packing wetsuits. It is often possible to add people to your party right up until the day before the trip, but only if we have been provided with an accurate account up to that point. Your failure to keep us informed of additions and cancellations within your group can cost us a considerable amount of time and money, and could cause a logistical breakdown that may directly affect the success of your trip. Therefore, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in these regards.
Changing wetsuit sizes (due to cancellations/additions) within 48 hours of a trip is a
tremendous inconvenience and may result in a $15 handling fee per wetsuit.

DEPOSITS
To confirm your trip, a $25 per person deposit is requested 10 days after making your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to trip departure and is non-refundable within 30 days of your trip. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your trip, Orion River Expeditinos cannot guarantee your space(s) will be held.

PAYMENT
Please send ORION a single check for your entire party. You may also use credit and debit cards by phone (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Send all payments to our Leavenworth office.

Please write the river and the date of your trip in the lower left corner of the check. Remember: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are also accepted. Within 10 days of a trip's departure, credit cards or cash may be required to make a reservation.
