It all starts with teamwork. Teamwork is the glue that holds groups of people together. To build and maintain a successful team you must first start with a foundation of trust. We offer multi-day Deschutes trips that can be customized and tailored to your teams objectives and goals. In order to develop healthy team skills, there should be plenty of opportunities for teamwork. Competitive team activities are for the most part counterproductive to building team cohesion. It is important to develop a collaborative and participative process in the retreat design beforehand. The group should set specific goals before the trip: What specific things would you like to accomplish during the trip?
