2 Day Rowing Clinic on the Wenatchee River

This weekend rowing course will take place over 2 days on the beautiful Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The river provides an ideal training progression from flat water to class III rapids, and the course is designed for the novice rower. The comprehensive training will cover both rowing instruction (2:1 student to instructor ratio) and basic river safety. This course will begin to build a solid foundation for private boaters looking to feel more confident in the dynamic whitewater environment with friends and family in the future.

We will meet at 9am each morning in Leavenworth, WA and end each day by 5pm. Please bring a lunch - we will stop and eat on the river each day around noon. Orion provides all necessary river gear (boats, frames, oars, life jackets, helmets, throw bags, etc.), and instruction.
