SKAGIT RIVER-NORTH CASCADES
MAGIC' SKAGIT • SCENIC FLOAT PLUS 1/4 MILE CLASS III WAVES • SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES • MAJESTIC NORTH CASCADES NATIONAL PARK • NO FOOD PROVIDED
The Skagit River in North Cascades National Park is the ideal introductory family river rafting vacation for people who are uncertain if white water rafting will be an activity they will enjoy.
Kids and grandparents are welcome to join us on a river affectionately referred to as ‘The Magic Skagit’ for 8 miles of easy riffles and currents, punctuated by a quarter mile of raucous, Class II-III roller coaster waves.
The emerald green water, lush forests and breathtaking mountain ridges add to what is easily one of the most scenic float trips in Washington state. The best time to raft the Skagit River is the month of August to take advantage of the warmer summer temperatures in the Pacific Northwest.
